Bug description

Cannot send a media with height being an odd number of pixels

Steps to reproduce
  • crop a photo in Photos to 3024x3119
  • share the photo
  • in share sheet pick Signal or a signal conversation

Actual result:
What is supposed to be next step UI, actually flashes for some miliseconds then dissapears, returning to destination choosing in iOS share sheet

Expected result:
Show next steps (the crop UI and adding an optional message)

Screenshots

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by cropping a photo to 3024x3119 and sharing it to Signal from the iOS share sheet. Start at the share-sheet flow and the crop or optional-message UI mentioned in the report; done means the next-step UI remains visible for odd-height photos.
