Video playback resets if you receive another video from the same contact

Bug description

Describe here the issue that you are experiencing.
Received long video from contact. While playing back, same contact sent another video, which stopped the playback of my current one. I was watching in-app, in full screen, and my video just stopped playing. When I started it again, it went back to the start of the recording. This happened several times, with several video files (they sent me multiple 1-2min videos). This did not happen when they sent a normal text message.

Steps to reproduce

• receive video from contact
• Watch video in chat
• Receive another video from same contact while playing back previous video

Video playback stops and resets progress

Start by reproducing the issue on an iPhone using Signal 6.44.0.10 and iOS 17.0.3: play one received video while receiving another from the same contact. No source file, test, or debug log is named; done means the current video continues playing without resetting its progress when another video arrives.
