Share Sheet results in different information in Signal than in iMessage

Bug description

When using some websites and apps, sharing results in different information in iMessage (the actual share content) and Signal (just a url)

Steps to reproduce

• Use the NYTimes app to solve the daily crossword
• Hit the share button and share to iMessage. See the url and your crossword puzzle results
• Hit the share button and share to Signal. See only the url.

This also happens from some sites in Safari

There is no crash

Start by reproducing the share flow from the NYTimes app and Safari on the reported iOS and Signal versions, comparing the payload received by iMessage and Signal. Investigate the iOS share-sheet handling and determine why Signal receives only a URL; done means shared content matches the source app's result rather than containing only the URL.
