Bug description
My son often sends my several vocal notes at once. But sometimes, I can't hear anything. I didn't find any clear reproduction scenario except to try to hear the vocal notes. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
When I can't hear the note, I close Signal, start it again, and then, it works. Pretty strange.
Steps to reproduce
Didn't find any clear reproduction scenario.
Actual result: The vocal note seems to be played, I can see the progress bar changes, but no sound is output at all.
Expected result: Being able to always play vocal notes would be great.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked debug log and reproducing playback of multiple vocal notes on an iPhone 12 Mini running iOS 16.5 with Signal 6.26.0.8. The issue provides no reliable reproduction steps or source file, so first isolate when playback shows progress without sound; done means vocal notes consistently produce audio.
