Dragging an image to Signal does not load it into the message

Bug description

Describe here the issue that you are experiencing.

Steps to reproduce

• Press and hold an image from one app (like Photos) and use another finger to navigate to Signal
• Attempt to drop the image into the message field
• Watch as it evaporates into thin air instead of getting attached

Actual result: No image is attached to the message.

Expected result: The image is attached like the iMessage behavior.

iOS version: 16.2

Signal version: 6.0.0.11

It should be noted that this works for text, but not images. I would also expect it to work in the conversations list.

Apologies if this is more of a feature request, it seems like it should be implemented to match all other apps' behavior though.

No source file or test is identified. Reproduce the drag-and-drop flow on an iPhone running iOS 16.2, then locate Signal's image drop handling and verify that dropping an image attaches it to the message, including from the conversations list if supported.
