Bug description
The Signal Android app is stripping the audio from video files downloaded from the Synology DS Cam app or desktop Surveillance Station. Synology branded cameras only support the G711 audio codec and it doesn't seem Signal supports this specific audio codec which is why audio is getting stripped when uploaded, transcoded and sent in a Signal message. Debug logs attached , 2:28 PM US/EST time uploaded video to replicate this issue for troubleshooting. Thank you
