Bug description

It's similar to #14120, but not quite the same.

After turning on the setting 'Chats > Use address book photos', I see the expected pictures of my contacts.

However, when I turn it off again, it just keeps the address book photo and doesn't revert to the photo set by the contact.
This only applies to contacts that have an address book photo.
