Archived messages not findable/not where expected on android machines

Bug description

Finding archived messages does not work as intended. The archived messages are not where a user expects to find them. The example screenshots show both the options menu on the home page and the chats settings under the profile picture. These are both places I have looked to find my archived conversations and neither has this option.

This means that whenever users want to find archived messages, they have to look it up on the internet or spend extra time on the app figuring it out. This could be solved by adding "Archived Messages" to the menu at the top of the phone the way it is in Signal Desktop.

Start by tracing the Android home-page options menu and the chats settings under the profile picture, then compare their archived-message access with Signal Desktop. Done means users can find an "Archived Messages" entry in an expected Android menu and open their archived conversations; verify the navigation on the reported device and Android version.
