Bug description
I was able to open Signal just fine earlier today. It was after I tried either editing or deleting a message in a group that Signal first crashed. Since then I haven't been able to open Signal at all.
I suspect that the database is corrupted and that there is not much that could be done. Just wanted to make sure and perhaps query if anyone else is suffering from the same issue.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked Error in Signal c514373b513c.txt and SignalLog.txt, focusing on the startup crash after editing or deleting a group message. Compare the logs across Signal versions 8.0.4 and 8.1.2, then determine whether they identify a reproducible failure and what evidence would confirm it is fixed.
