Anonying signal messages (This person is on signal)

Bug description

Sometimes annoying messages apear from 6 to 7 contacts which are not in my phonebook, that this person is on signal.
Those contacts are from a friends mobile where i installed my signal once. So they got synced. When I installed signal on my device those chats appeared there that this person is using signal. I deleted them resynced my contacts. Now Those annoying messages appear from those contacts as a message request that xyz is on signal. I never messaged them and they don't message me. Maybe they have my contact saved in their phone book but it does not make any sense to send me the message this person is on signal repeatedly.
and they are not reinstalling signal everytime. But these message dont show on my linked device on laptop

Start with the linked Android debug log and reproduce the behavior using Signal 7.56.10 on Android 10 after contacts were synced from another phone. Compare the unexpected message requests on the phone with the absence of those messages on the linked laptop. Done means the described contacts do not repeatedly generate unsolicited “This person is on Signal” messages.
