Bug description
An existing contact rejoined signal but i'm not able to send a "Hallo".
Steps to reproduce
- an existing contact reinstalled signal
- get a notification "user is on Signal"
- not sure for how long had uninstalled signal
- not able to get in touch due to only sms invitation is possible. WTF?
Actual result:
A bottom sheet with sms not supported is shown and i'm not able to get back in touch.
Expected result:
Sendng a "Hello, didn't recogize you had unistalled" etc.
