Receiving duplicate notification for the same message when using screen lock

Bug description

The problem probably existed before and it was considered solved. However, this is not the case. This error still occurs on my device! https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Android/issues/8321
The screen lock has been activated under Settings > Privacy, which takes effect after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Steps to reproduce

Open the app and unlock it via fingerprint and then all notifications show up again in the app as.

Actual result: When I open the app, I get a notification from all contacts again when I open and unlock the app.
Expected result: If I already see on the lockscreen that quite a few messages have arrived, then it is not normal that they reappear several times in the app, even though they have already been noticed before. There is definitely something wrong.

The report names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the duplicate notifications with Signal Android 5.34.10 on Android 10 using the in-app screen lock, and compare the behavior with issue #8321. Done means previously displayed messages do not generate duplicate notifications after unlocking.
