Bug description
On video call when person "A" rotates their phone by 90°, person "B" see them rotated by upsidedown° .
This video rotation also affects when both persons are laying to the side.
Steps to reproduce
- • Turn off portrait (auto rotate) on device.
• Video call someone on signal.
• Have them rotate their phone by 90° on right (*on some device left) side for e.g lying down.
•Have the other person laying down to their left side too
Actual result: Both persons see each other upside down
Expected result: Both should see straight, like it happens when one person lays to the left, and the other to the right.
Screenshots
Do not need screenshot. Anyone can reproduce this bug Easley.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the call using the listed Android devices and versions with portrait auto-rotate disabled, then trace the video-call rotation handling; done means both participants see correctly oriented video when either rotates or lies on their side.
