### User story
As a merchant, I want to be able to search for custom fields in the administration UI
Original issue: https://shopware.atlassian.net/browse/NEXT-14521
### Acceptance criteria
- We need to either update the UI to select which custom fields are allowed for search, or have it defined in the yaml to allow searching by custom field
- We have to support 2 implementations: MySQL search and elasticsearch
