*_Expected behaviour:_*
When placing a B2B2C chain transaction, currently, the applied tax rate is always the one for the delivery destination's country. This is not always correct, however.
*_Actual behaviour:_*
Tax rate is always corresponding with the delivery address' countries' tax rate settings.
*_How to reproduce:_*
- Have B2B customer
- Place an order as that B2B customer with a delivery address which is NOT in the B2B customer's country (tax rates must be different ofc)
- Check tax rate
