Description
Contact page: https://www.shift2bikes.org/pages/contact/
The board is sometimes contacted by community members with a concern about a ride (e.g. a complaint about noise or trash). For someone who isn't familiar with Shift, they may not realize that events are organized by community members and not Shift itself. While we appreciate folks reaching out to us rather than escalating to police etc, we also want to be clear about the nature of our role as a community bulletin board of sorts. Something that clarifies without discouraging people from contacting us could help set expectations.
Worth noting, we do have this disclaimer on calendar pages but not on the contact page:
Shift hosts this calendar as a public service. Rides and events are posted to the Shift calendar by community members, not by Shift. Rides and events posted to the Shift calendar are not sponsored by Shift or Shift’s fiscal sponsor Umbrella.

Research direction
Start with the Contact page at https://www.shift2bikes.org/pages/contact/ and locate its source in the shift-docs repository. Compare its messaging with the disclaimer quoted from the calendar pages; done means the page explains that rides are organized by community members while still inviting concerns.
