Description
The frontend currently hits the ics endpoint via a regular anchor link. Need to change it to a button so we can make a request with custom headers (which is probably more appropriate, anyway):
Api-Version: 3(current major version)Accept: text/calendar

Research direction
Start by locating the frontend's regular anchor link to the ics endpoint and trace how that request is triggered. Change the request path so it sends Api-Version: 3 and Accept: text/calendar; done means the ICS request uses both headers and still retrieves the calendar response.
