Description

  1. figure out best practice way to start the docker container - maybe rc.local (on container host, to run docker container run...)?
  2. document anything that local devs should know (how to rebuild, what triggers a prod rebuild - probably nothing automatic should do this)

Research direction

Start by investigating how the Docker container currently starts on the container host and how local and production rebuilds are performed. Document the agreed startup method, local rebuild steps, and whether anything should trigger a production rebuild; the issue names no files or tests to begin with.
