Description
Should cheat a bit from https://answers.netlify.com/t/support-guide-what-s-the-easiest-way-to-create-a-temporary-maintenance-page-for-my-site/338 . Proposal is that we create a single deploy with the dynamic content pages all showing a "temporarily down for maintenance" version of the "missing data" and then we can roll back to it when we have a problem.
A cleverer implementation would have a GH Action that syncs a branch with the main branch but leaves the maint placeholders so it updates in lockstep with the official site, but MVP will be to just lock a version in time.
