Description

  • ssserver: redirect tcp/udp:0.0.0.0:53 (also [::]) to system/user-configured DNS if trust-dns is enabled.
  • sslocal: maybe it is useful to expose DNS relay at socks5 0.0.0.0:53 as well for local-dns-relay?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the requested ssserver and sslocal behavior in this issue, including the trust-dns and local-dns-relay references. Consult shadowsocks-org issue 156 for context; done means the intended TCP/UDP DNS handling and the optional SOCKS5 relay behavior are defined and supported.
