Description
原版的 shadowsocks-windows 两年多没更新了，加密还是之前老版本，而 shadowsocks-rust 一直在更新，但是没有一个专用的原生Windows GUI客户端。于是我把 shadowsocks-windows 改了一下，升级支持内核为 rust 最新版，支持 AEAD-2022 Ciphers ，这个经典的Windows客户端又可以用了
