Description
It seems the ping command only gives per-server traffic. Would it be possible to give a more detail stat for multiple users with Extensible Identity Header?

Research direction
Start by locating the ping command and its existing per-server traffic-stat implementation. Then determine how users with the Extensible Identity Header are represented and what separate per-user output should contain. Done means the requested multi-user traffic statistics are defined, implemented, and covered by relevant tests.
