Description
The discontinuation of clash updates has me very concerned. I need a replacement, and I think ss-rust is a promising project because I am also a heavy Rust enthusiast. Currently, sslocal-rust lacks a continuously updated cross-platform GUI program, and I would like to develop and maintain one.
And I hope to participate in the maintenance of ss-Rust, during which I may need the help of some previous developers.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the shadowsocks-rust repository and the sslocal-rust component mentioned in the issue. No files, tests, or entry points are identified, so the first step is to define the cross-platform GUI scope and its supported targets. Done would mean an actively maintained GUI for sslocal and the other requested components.
