[BETA] Discourse for Shadowsocks

Given the current status of shadowsocks, it would be necessary to have a forum for shadowsocks in order to save developers' time. Discourse helped host a new forum for us. Feel free to check it out at discourse.shadowsocks.org.

Currently there are five main categories:

• Implementations: Questions and general discussions for implementation-specific topics;
• Protocol: Suggestions and discussions about the protocol;
• Plugins: Questions and general discussions for plugins;
• Alternatives: Questions and general discussions for forks and alternatives to shadowsocks, like shadowsocksr, v2ray, etc;
• Meta: Discussions about the site itself.

Note: Issues that should go straight to developers should still be posted on GitHub issues instead.

If anyone...

• wants a subcategory for their implementation/alternative;
• has suggestions in general...

feel free to create a topic at meta or reply below if you think this is a bad idea. 🤔

Start by reading the issue body and visiting discourse.shadowsocks.org, including its listed categories and Meta section. The forum is already hosted and the issue mainly announces it; any remaining work would need an explicitly requested documentation or community change before it is ready to pick up.
