Description

Sometimes PRs get r+'d without Travis CI finishing its build, which causes homu to fail when the PR fails tidy. It may be beneficial when the contributor pushes a new commit to the PR after homu fails, highfive would automatically r+ again and start the homu build.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by tracing how highfive handles a contributor's new PR commit after homu reports a tidy failure, then verify that it automatically r+’s the PR and starts a new homu build without acting before Travis CI finishes.
