Description

I forgot to add @servo-highfive monthly update answer to my comment in https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/47578#issuecomment-5574081983 When I later added it, the bot didn't appear to be pick it up, as the eyes emoji is not present as a reaction on the comment.

Research direction

Start by tracing how highfive handles edited comments and the @servo-highfive monthly update answer command. Reproduce the case from pull request 47578 by adding the command after the original comment was posted. Done means the edited comment is detected and receives the expected eyes reaction.
