Research direction
Start by reviewing the serverless-plugin-aws-alerts integration and reproducing deployment with a large stack, especially when a third-party logging or monitoring provider is used. The issue names no repository files or tests; done means large stacks can deploy without the alerts plugin causing CloudFormation size limits or breaking those provider integrations.
