Use case description
Hey, while deploying using the last version of Serverless, abort operation is kinda very slow or just impossible, in the old versions i just clicked CTRL+C and that's it, now you have to click it and wait 2 to 5 minutes to abort.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by reproducing a deployment interruption with Ctrl+C on the current Serverless version and compare it with the older behavior. Done means aborting promptly and having a regression test that verifies the interruption path.
