Description
I'm trying to find a way to print the generated markdown to a file other than changelog. We need to be able to append the changes to our change tracking system.
Is this currently possible? If it is I haven't seen it in any of the documentation.

Research direction
The issue does not identify a file, test, or configuration entry point. Start by reviewing the plugin's documentation and current output behavior, then determine whether an alternate or appendable destination can be specified; done means the supported behavior and configuration are documented and verified.
