Description

During the implementation of #411, In order to follow established convention in other ESM conversion, I introduced the npm audit signature command into the CI process, but I get below error occurs when it runs in CI, also when it runs in local environment.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the implementation of #411 and reproduce npm audit signatures in CI and locally, using the linked failed run for comparison. Determine why the listed packages have invalid attestations and update the CI integration so the audit check completes without this error; confirm by rerunning both environments.
