按照参考资料5，我理解的第八步是这样做的：在公共作业仓库页面点下fork，页面有了自己的账号/公共作业仓库，之后的操作直接点New pull request，点完之后出来的画面是These isn’t anything to compare.没直接显示能提交request。后面改变了下自己仓库那边分支，又能提交了，但是改变的分支并不是在自己仓库里的，这里很懵逼。
