请问下“在本地仓库中（selfteaching-python-camp）⾃自⼰己专属的⽂文件夹⾥里里，创建名字为1001S02E02_hello_python.py 的 Python⽂文件。”我在本地电脑右键并没有python类型的文件可以创建。是不是PYTHON没装好？
