Description
in order to remove the frustrating complexity of deployment of widely used Azure services, it would be great to have functionality similar to "AWS Service Catalog" https://aws.amazon.com/servicecatalog/. This is where DevOps can predefine templates of customized Azure Service, called "products", and developers can spin up the products with pre-defined TTL (the instance of the product is destroyed after a while).
The idea is that the products will hide deployment complexity related to networking, private DNS resolution, firewalls, etc.
Ideally, products deployments should have interactive approval flow while applying or changing existing product.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing dorc's existing deployment orchestration and configuration surfaces, then compare the requested behavior with AWS Service Catalog. Done would require an agreed design covering reusable Azure products, TTL-based cleanup, networking and security defaults, and approval flows.
