location not found with green dots

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the issue on OpenHaystack 0.5.2 with macOS 12.5.1, then trace the report-loading and location-display path using the supplied Xcode logs; done means reports produce a location instead of remaining green dots.

I did a lot from issue but still It shows location not found with green dots
I have iPhones besides me...
