Environment

Second Life Release 26.2.0.25386466510 (64bit)
OS Version: macOS 26.5.2 (Applies to other OSes as well)

Description

Second Life does not switch output audio device when it is changed by the operating system.

Reproduction steps
  1. Start SL and log in
  2. Change default output sound device from your OS' sound settings

Expected: Sound changes to the new device
Actual: SL never changes world audio output device
