Description
Occasionally, the viewer takes a long time to display the login screen content. Collect any logs when this happens and find what is triggering this.
Reproduction steps
Noted by @kurtlinden in https://github.com/secondlife/viewer/issues/5607 (This was on a Mac)
- Release notes and login page remaining empty for a very long time on first login:
https://gyazo.com/aaf74dabea0f1ccc617887801fe1cf9b - The observed behavior is a gray screen, not a black screen like #5625.
- This was noted in build 26.2.0.24476400809, but is not new to this build.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the delayed login screen on build 26.2.0.24476400809, collecting logs while the gray screen is shown. Compare the behavior with issue #5607 and #5625; done means identifying what triggers the delay and documenting the supporting logs.
