Description

Environment

Second Life Release 26.1.0.22359044520 (64bit)

Description

Glow when set to 1 seems to bounce around when zoomed in. Transparency was set to 50%

Example of the bug (thanks @WendiLinden!): https://gyazo.com/d83da352f70f0330797996683870359e

Initially we thought it was a regression, but I just got it reproing on the release viewer too.

Reproduction steps
  1. Create a mesh object with transparency at 50% and glow at 1.
  2. Zoom in close.
  3. The glow bounces disconnecting from the body.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the issue in the release viewer with a mesh at 50% transparency and glow 1 while zoomed in, then trace the mesh rendering path for transparency and glow handling. Done means the glow remains attached to the mesh in the reported reproduction case.
