Research direction

Reproduce the issue in version 7.2.1.17108480561 using the listed path: world→region estate, Environment, Use inventory, then Share on an environment item. Trace the settings picker and sharing flow to determine why no residents are available; done means the picker provides selectable residents and sharing completes.
