Description
The Day Cycle from the bug location is in object "viewer#3636" at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Danger!%20Danger!/73/80/39
Repro from Dan Linden:
- Logged directly into LunaMare/88/180/32 which did not allow me in due to estate permissions or something so I was bounced to an alternate destination (Horizons Cirius/131/129/26)
- Enabled admin mode
- Teleported to LunaMare/88/180/32 and saw the weird clouds.
Original report:
It happens randomly, after a login or teleport (dropped packet??).
Anything that causes the EEP to update (opening personal lightning as an example), makes them fully load. (This is a complete setting, Day cycle with water and sky, static clouds, default for the region ).
In this case, it seems like, Cloud Density and Cloud Detail did not load or was rendered correctly.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the report at the provided Danger! Danger! location, following the LunaMare login and teleport sequence and enabling admin mode. Check whether the cloud density and cloud detail load correctly immediately after login or teleport, and whether triggering an EEP update through personal lighting changes the result.
