Research direction

No source files or tests are named. First reproduce the issue in ExtraFPS 7.1.11.11982653819 with Transparent Water disabled at the linked Bug Island 2 location, comparing the underwater view with pre-PBR viewers and DeltaFPS or ExtraFPS. Done means the water normal map is no longer visible underwater when the setting is disabled.
