[BUG] Avatar with NUX clothing disappears for short periods as you run about in a region

MacOS Ventura 13.6.9 (22G830)
Firestorm 7.1.11 (Built from source)
Windows 11
Description
Using my alt (Aquitaine Resident) when moving around, the avatar disappears for a second or two on a regular basis.
Feels like it's NUX clothing related - trying my Callum Linden avatar with a generic set of clothes did not exhibit the issue
Definitely worse (and very repeatable) when region crossing - e.g. at Ahern - but also repros in other (single region) areas without crossing.
Reproduction steps
- Create a anew account using the new join flow at https://join.secondlife.com
- After creation, log in and move around using double tap on up arrow to run
- Notice that every so often, your avatar disappears for a second or two
- Stopping immediately it disappears and it comes back
- Keep running and it comes back
- I wasn't able get to a non-moving state where the avatar is not present
