Description
I am tired of being harassed with subscription mailers that have no option to unsubscribe. I block the avatar, but the prim their subscriber is run from can still spam me. Blocking the object does not resolve this because they just have to rez a new one with a new UUID and they can spam again....It's getting to harassment levels and I just want my peace.
Edit to add : I never signed up to these subscription lists. I was placed on them without consent and I have no way to stop the notecards. Asking the owner of them to remove me is usually unsuccessful and I am told to "just block me" which as outlined above, does not work.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by reviewing the linked Canny feature request and tracing the existing avatar and object-blocking behavior; done should mean blocking an avatar also prevents their rezzed objects from contacting the blocker.
