Reproduction steps
- Log into the viewer on Agni grid at the location: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Lag%20Me%204/0/11/23 and Face Northeast.
- Set graphics settings from “Mid” to “Low/Mid “.
- Observe the changing of the haze.
Actual result: The haze from the presets of the sky obscuring the objects present at all graphics settings. There is no changes between “Mid” and “Low/Mid “. Haze is still obscuring the 4 black pillars.

This issue was found in the scope of IQA #353 during the Environment Rendering conformity test plan.
Test: Sky presets - Test 4/Test5 .
This issue is reproduced on Win10/OSX.
This issue is reproduced on the current release 7.1.10.10800445603 build.
