Reproduction steps

1. Download and install the Second Life Test 7.1.9.10164740217 (64bit) build.
2. Log in.
3. Click "Me"→"Preferences"→"Advanced"→check the "Show Develop Menu" menu checkbox.
4. Click "Develop"→"UI"→"Media Browser (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Z)".
5. Input the "https://outlook.live.com/" link into the internal browser and press "Enter".
6. Observe the message.

Actual result:
"Thank you for your patience" message is shown after opening the "https://outlook.live.com/" page on 2D and 3D media.

Expected result:
The "https://outlook.live.com/" page should open without issues on 2D and 3D media.

Note:
This issue is reproduced on Win10/OSX.

Step: In the Media browser open https://outlook.live.com.

Also, the same behavior is on 3D media.

This issue is not reproduced on the current production build Second Life Release 7.1.8.9375512768.
