Actual result: Incorrect behavior of the New Clothes Alpha when editing
Expected result: The avatar should change correctly depending on the selected New Clothes Alpha settings
Note:
This issue is reproduced on Win10.
This issue was found during ad-hoc testing.
This issue is reproduced on the production viewer (Second Life Release 7.1.8.9375512768).
Also, this behavior was tested in Bitsy and Ashton's avatars. The avatar can remain in the world without a face, but for this, instead of 7 step -> Uncheck the checkbox next to the the Head Alpha picker, Click the "Save" button at the top, select the back arrow in the "Edit outfit parts" floater and close the "avatar" floater. This behavior happens from time to time (see actual2.mp4 videorecording).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue using the listed seven steps in the Outfits and Editing Alpha Mask floaters, including the intermittent no-face case described in the note. Compare the avatar's appearance while toggling Head Alpha during editing and after saving; done means the avatar changes correctly for the selected New Clothes Alpha settings.
