Description
Today, we need to do the following:
>>> conf.route.resync()
>>> conf.ifaces.reload()
We should unify the method names, and maybe add a function named network_resync() to call them together.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the existing conf.route.resync() and conf.ifaces.reload() methods to understand their interfaces and how network configuration is reloaded. The work is complete when the reload methods use a consistent naming scheme and, if appropriate, a network_resync() function invokes both operations together.
