Description

It looks like that the currently suggested way to create MenuBars and ToolBars is deprecated?

python-gtk-3-tutorial.readthedocs.io/en/latest/menus.html

https://lazka.github.io/pgi-docs/#Gtk-3.0/classes/Action.html#Gtk.Action

How can a new user know how to solve this now? I can not find any example code using the new solution.

Research direction

Start with the menus page at python-gtk-3-tutorial.readthedocs.io/en/latest/menus.html and compare its MenuBar and ToolBar guidance with the linked Gtk.Action documentation. Identify the current solution and add working example code for new users; done means the tutorial no longer directs readers toward deprecated APIs.
