Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing httparse's existing HTTP/1.x parser and the http crate's Request and Response types, then clarify the serialization and deserialization scope with maintainers. Done should mean an agreed implementation for both types with coverage for the supported cases.
