Description
It's part of #78. Reasoning for that is: paging implementation should not depend on cloning and storing the PySession struct but the Rust Driver Arc<Session>. Requires revisiting paging implementation and implementing interior mutability as well as tokio Mutex replacement.

Research direction
Start by reading issue #78 and tracing the paging implementation that stores PySession. Review how the Rust Driver Arc, interior mutability, and the tokio Mutex are currently used. Done means PySession no longer requires Clone and paging no longer depends on cloning or storing PySession.
