Description
Old driver: session.execute(stmt, trace=True) + response_future.get_query_trace() / get_all_query_traces(), returning trace session ID and per-event trace rows from system_traces.
We need to expose query tracing that would have the same functionalities as the one exposed by the old python driver. It could be probably done by exposing query tracing already implemented by the rust driver.

Research direction
Start by comparing the old Python driver's session.execute(stmt, trace=True), response_future.get_query_trace(), and get_all_query_traces() behavior with the query-tracing support already implemented by the Rust driver. Verify that the exposed API returns a trace session ID and per-event trace rows from system_traces.
